Thor Diversified Commercial Real Estate was formed in 2002 uniting Kevin Thoresen, who founded Thor Comercial Real Estate, and Tom Melander, who owned Diversified Commercial Brokers. Thor Diversified combines both the names and the talents of two very experienced
commercial brokers.
Kevin brings a special expertise in commercial real estate investments to
the table. Tom has specialized in leasing and sale transactions.
Commercial real estate is a specialty business. The Minnesota Real Estate
License gives the holder the right to sell homes, businesses, subdivided land, timeshares, and commercial real estate. Some
folks will claim to do it all. We don’t. We know our business and our markets. We work hard and solve problems.
